Psychologist, Peter A Levine
points out that ” trauma is a fact of life. It does not, however,
have to be a life sentence”.
In today’s conversation
with my guest, Louise Liebenberg, we look
at ways to identify how unresolved traumas may be adversely
impacting our lives, and discuss strategies to help deal with such
traumas.
Louise Liebenberg, is an international bestselling author, transformational coach and
counsellor, who specializes in Adult Child Syndrome, Self Esteem
Development and Transforming Unresolved Grief. I first met Louise when she
invited me to participate in an online summit on Trauma to Triumph:
The stories of
recovery from traumas, became chapters in the book, “From Trauma to
Triumph.” Louise is an experienced Group Facilitator and best
selling author of “Hamster Wheel Relationships for Women. A Step by
Step Process to Transform Unfulfilling Relationship Patterns”,
accompanied by Stepping Off – The Hamster Wheel Workbook. Louise
offers one-on-one sessions, online courses, group work or
retreats.
We
discuss the experiences that led Louise to her work on adult child
syndrome and identifying unresolved traumas.
