Today we talk about Intuitive
Eating, a mind-body health approach,
described as a
personal process of honoring health by listening and responding to
the direct messages of the body in order to meet physical and
psychological needs.
My guest is
Bonnie Giller, author of Enjoying Food Peace:
Recipes and Intuitive Eating Wisdom to Nourish Your Body and
Mind.
Bonnie has her Master of
Science degree in Clinical Nutrition, she is a Registered and
Certified Dietitian Nutritionist, a Certified Diabetes Care and
Education Specialist and a Certified Intuitive Eating
Counselor. Through her signature
Intuitive Eating Program, called WholeBody Trust: Intuitive Eating
for a Peaceful Life, Bonnie works with adults, guiding them in
changing their relationship with food and their body. The result is
that they make peace with food, enjoy guilt-free eating, and live a
healthy life they love. Bonnie is also
